Suitable for 9 -15 year olds (1 3/4 hr workshop) $50 - held in jane’s kitchen, clayfield
You will prepare and cook:
Salmon, Broccoli & Red Capsicum Frittata
Green salad with vinaigrette dressing
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Weigh and measure ingredients
Use knives to chop and slice safely
Make a vinaigrette dressing (that can be used on many different salads
Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.All classes will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
