Suitable for 9 -15 year olds (1 3/4 hr workshop) $50 - held in jane’s kitchen, clayfield
You will prepare and cook:
Salmon, Broccoli & Red Capsicum Frittata
Green salad with vinaigrette dressing
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Weigh and measure ingredients
Use knives to chop and slice safely
Make a vinaigrette dressing (that can be used on many different salads
Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
All classes will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
