3 hOUR workshop (1.00-4.00) - $69

Your group will prepare and cook:

• Florentine Biscuits

• Chocolate Rum Balls

You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh, identify and measure ingredients

• Use a pot to melt ingredients on stovetop

• Mix and spoon mixture onto baking sheets to bake

• Melt chocolate in double boiler and spread on base of biscuits

• Roll balls in coconut

• Work together as a team!
