Your group will prepare and cook:
- Florentine Biscuits 
- Chocolate Rum Balls 
You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:
- Follow a recipe 
- Weigh, identify and measure ingredients 
- Use a pot to melt ingredients on stovetop 
- Mix and spoon mixture onto baking sheets to bake 
- Melt chocolate in double boiler and spread on base of biscuits 
- Roll balls in coconut 
- Work together as a team!
