3 hOUR workshop - $69

Your group will prepare and cook:

• Individual Mango & Berry Trifles

• White Christmas Slice

You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh, identify and measure ingredients

• Prepare homemade custard

• Slice mangoes

• Create a layered dessert

• Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.

• Measure other ingredients, mix, chill and slice the White Christmas.

• Work as a productive team.
