ASIAN FLAVOURS! THE TUESDAY GROUP - six weeks of after-school cooking / 9-16yrs commencing…SOLD OUT!

(1 3/4 Hr Workshops) $270 for 6 classes

ASIAN FLAVOURS! 6 workshops PREPARING & COOKING POPULAR ASIAN DISHES.

Week 1 (18th Oct) - Samosas - Make pastry, then fill with potato & peas mixed with Indian spices.

Week 2 (25th Oct) - Lamb Kofta Curry - Combine lamb mince, garlic, ginger & Indian spices, roll into balls then cook in a fragrant tomato sauce.

Week 3 (1st Nov) - Japanese Ramen Noodle Soup - A combination of ramen noodles, chicken stock, pork, bok choy, spring onions, boiled egg, corn & other herbs & spices.

Week 4 (8th Nov) - Chicken, Broccoli & Cashew Nut Stir Fry - lots of chopping, and tossing in a wok. Who doesn’t love a tasty stir fry.

Week 5 (15th Nov) - Pad Thai - with prawns & pork. This was an all time favourite of my children!

Week 6 (22nd Nov- allow 2 hours) - Banana & Coconut Pancakes - I’ve saved the best for last! Plus setting & decorating Jane’s table.

(If places available, these workshops can be purchased separately for $50 each - refer to specific workshops)


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a student is unable to participate in their enrolled Tuesday or Wednesday Group workshop on a particular week then, subject to availability, they could come on the other day. Telephone or email Jane to arrange
