• Easy Creamy Lemon Desserts

• Individual Chocolate Cakes, iced

  You will learn to:   

• Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

• Follow and understand recipes

• Sift and fold dry ingredients

• Zest and juice lemons

• Prepare a cake mixture to bake

• Cook as part of a team

• Take directions regarding hygiene, and safety around the oven
