You will prepare and cook:

• Shepherd’s Pie

• Chocolate Butterfly Cakes

 You will learn to:     

• Read a recipe

• Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

• Use knives to chop, safe

• Prepare & cook a tasty mince

• Cook & mash potatoes for the pie

• Prepare mixture for baking

• Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
