Mini Lemon Meringue Pies
Bacon & Egg Pie
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Identify, weigh and measure ingredients
Use knives to chop, safely
Cut pastry rounds and fit into pans
Make a lemon curd
Prepare meringue
Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
