Suitable for 9 – 16 year olds
(3hr Workshop) $69

You will prepare and cook:

  • Mini Lemon Meringue Pies

  • Bacon & Egg Pie

 You will learn to:     

  • Read a recipe

  • Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

  • Use knives to chop, safely

  • Cut pastry rounds and fit into pans

  • Make a lemon curd

  • Prepare meringue

  • Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen


All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
