You will prepare and cook:

• Sponge Cake - light as air, sandwiched with cream

• Chocolate Roll

 You will learn to:     

• Read a recipe

• Identify, weigh and measure ingredients

• Use knives to chop, safely

• Separate eggs

• Use a beater

• Whip cream

• Cook as part of a team

• Take directions regarding hygiene and safety around the oven and kitchen
