(1 3/4 Hr Workshops) $270 for 6 classes

cONTINUING The Theme “Exploring dishes from near & far”

Week 1 (13 Oct) - Portuguese Baked Eggs - delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Week 2 (20 Oct) - Kedgeree - originally an Indian rice dish, now a popular English meal, incorporating smoked fish and eggs

Week 3 (27 Oct) - Meringues - popular in many parts of the world, including NZ & Australia! Served with strawberries and cream.

Week 4 (3 Nov) - Italian Fettucine Carbonara (using homemade pasta)

Week 5 (10 Nov) - Zucchini Slice - a healthy addition in any Brisbane lunchbox; served with tomato, cucumber & fetta salad.

Week 6 (17 Nov) - San Choy Bow - Chinese Lettuce Wraps Plus Table Setting Fun

(If places available, these workshops can be purchased separately for $50 each - refer to specific workshops)

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a student is unable to participate in their enrolled Tuesday or Wednesday Group workshop on a particular week then, subject to availability, they could come on the other day. Telephone or email Jane to arrange
