Continuing the Theme “Exploring dishes from near & far”
Week 1 (12 Oct) - Portuguese Baked Eggs - delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Week 2 (19 Oct) - Kedgeree, with crispy onions. Originally an Indian rice dish, now popular in England, incorporating smoked fish and eggs.
Week 3 (26 Oct) - Meringues - popular in many parts of the world including Australia & NZ!
Week 4 (2 Nov) - Italian Fettucine Carbonara, with homemade pasta.
Week 5 (9 Nov) - Zucchini Slice - a healthy Australian lunchbox addition. Served with a tomato, cucumber & fetta salad.
Week 6 (16 Nov) - San Choy Bow (Chinese Lettuce Wraps). Plus Table Setting Fun!
(If places available, these workshops can be purchased separately for $50 each - refer to specific workshops)
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a student is unable to participate in their enrolled Tuesday or Wednesday Group workshop on a particular week then, subject to availability, they could come on the other day. Telephone or email Jane to arrange
