You will make:
Seafood Risotto
You will learn to:
Read a recipe
Use and store knives safely
Identify, measure and chop ingredients
Cook with risotto rice
Identify and prepare seafood for risotto
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen
Follow instructions and work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
