3 hOUR workshop - $69

Your group will prepare and cook:

• Melting Moments, with a mixed berry filling

• White Christmas Slice

You will learn to, or expand your knowledge of how to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh, identify and measure ingredients

• Mix, roll and bake biscuits

• Make a plain Buttercream, then cook and add berries to create the filling for the Melting Moments.

• Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.

• Measure other ingredients, mix, chill and slice the White Christmas.

• Work together as a delightful team!
