You will prepare and cook:

• Lamingtons

• Christmas Gingerbread Cookies

  You will learn to:

• Follow a recipe

• Weigh and measure ingredients for cake & biscuits

• Use cooking utensils and equipment

• Bake a cake

• Gently roll cake squares in chocolate and coconut to create lamingtons

• Make gingerbread cookie dough and cut out shapes

• Use your imagination with decorating biscuits

• Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen

All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.

If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
