You will prepare and cook:
Kangaroo Mince Hamburger (or beef if preferred!)
Creamy Coleslaw Salad
Chip Potatoes
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Use knives to chop and slice safely
Mix and form hamburger patties from scratch
Finely slice salad ingredients
Make a creamy coleslaw dressing
Safety and hygiene around the oven and kitchen
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
