You will make:
a basic Beef Ragu (bolognaise)
You will learn to:
Follow a recipe
Identify and measure ingredients
Chop vegetables
Cook on stovetop
Use pasta attachment to cut pasta dough
Cook pasta
Identify key safety aspects around the kitchen and stove top
Work as a team
All classes are held in Jane’s Kitchen, Clayfield and will be run to a Covid Safe Plan.
If a child is keen to participate but is unavailable for the workshop advertised, subject to workshop availability, they can join the same workshop on another day.
